Who we are
These Terms & Conditions are entered into with Packd Travel Ltd ("Packd", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17238235, whose registered office is at 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA. In these Terms, "you" and "your" mean any person using the Packd platform, whether as a trip organiser or an invited traveller.

Section 02
Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, starting a trip, or accepting an invite to a Packd trip, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Section 03
Using the platform
You may use Packd to plan group trips, invite travellers, collect payments and access itineraries we prepare for your group. You agree to:
- Provide accurate account and traveller information.
- Keep your login credentials confidential.
- Be responsible for the travellers you invite.
- Not misuse the platform, or attempt to disrupt other users.
Section 04
Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Packd account and to book a trip. Individual suppliers may impose additional age or ID requirements that we will pass on to you before booking.
Section 05
Your content
You keep ownership of the trip details, messages and preferences you submit through Packd. You grant us a limited licence to use that content for the purpose of operating your trip and improving the service.
Section 06
Our liability
Packd is responsible for delivering the services we agree to provide. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for issues caused by third parties outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer law.
Section 07
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify affected users by email and update the "Last updated" date and version number at the top of this page.
Section 08
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales, unless a mandatory local consumer-law protection applies to you.
